Because Balinese cuisine is based on ritual food and home-cooking, it’s rare to find it in a fine-dining setting. Our Chef gives you a taste of the richness and complexity of Balinese and Indonesian cuisine with traditional specialties. Signature dishes are Pepes Ikan (spiced fish grilled in banana leaf) and Iga Babi (grilled pork ribs in Balinese spices).
Ignite your taste buds with our signature Gin Ginger Infusion or Passion Fruit Crush, or chose from our list of selected imported and domestic wines.
Located at Komaneka Tanggayuda’s new east wing, our new Batukaru Kitchen has views over a lush valley to the Batukaru volcano. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with seating for 50. Our shuttle service is available from other sister resorts.
