Can We Check In After Midnight?
Yes, our Front Desk team is open for check-in around the clock.

Can We Check In Earlier Than The Scheduled Check-In Time?
Our default check-in time is from 2 pm. Any arrival earlier than the default check-in time will be subject to availability. You are advised to consult our Front Desk team should you have arrived earlier than expected.

Can We Check Out After 12 Pm?
Our default check-out time is until 12 pm. If you wish to check out later than the default check-out time, extra cost may incur and it is subject to room availability. You are advised to consult our Front Desk team on arrival should you wish to have late check-out.

Do you provide area shuttle for us to go to Ubud center?
Area shuttle is provided only for Komaneka at Tanggayuda and Komaneka at Bisma based on schedule. Always make sure to check with our Front Desk team regarding the availability and time table of the shuttle. For Komaneka at Monkey Forest and Komaneka at Rasa Sayang, we do not provide shuttle as it is already located in Ubud center. For Komaneka at Keramas Beach which is located at Keramas, Gianyar (about 1-hour drive from Ubud), we do not provide area shuttle.

Do you provide free airport shuttle? Can we arrange airport transfer pick-up?
We do not have free airport shuttle, but we provide airport pick-up service in a private car. This service can be arranged by providing us your flight information at least 24 hours before your arrival. The additional charge for this service is IDR 907,500/car for one-way transfer. Maximum persons in a car is up to 4 persons with luggage.

We stay in another hotel before Komaneka. Could you pick us up from the hotel?
Sure. The extra charge may vary from one area to another depending on the distance from our resort. You can arrange it by sending us an email.

Could you drop us to airport or another hotel after our stay?
Sure. This can be arranged in advance with our Front Desk on arrival. The extra charge may vary from one area to another depending on the distance from our resort.

We would like to stay at the top floor. Please, can you guarantee that we get the room at the top floor? Could you please arrange adjacent rooms or villas? Can you guarantee we will get room with best view? We want to stay at room #100. Please assign us at this room.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please do note that the final room assignment will be subject to room availability at the time of your stay.

Can you guarantee us connecting rooms?
We have connecting rooms available in Komaneka at Bisma and Komaneka at Rasa Sayang, and as long as you inform us in advance, we can guarantee that you will get connecting rooms.

Can you assign us in non-smoking room?
We have options on non-smoking and smoking room. Please do let us know should you require non-smoking room.

 

We tried to book with you, but the payment did not go through. What should we do?
It is important to note that at the moment we only accept direct payment made with MasterCard and VISA card on our website. We accept American Express card only for PayLater option. In case your card is not MasterCard or VISA and your payment did not go through or you did not receive any booking confirmation to your email after making a reservation on our website, please contact us via email and we will arrange the booking and provide you with information you need and/or other means of payment.

Do you require deposit upon check-in?
We do not require any deposit for fully paid bookings. However, we make sure that the card you provide must undergo card verification process for security reasons.

Can we pay the reservation on arrival?
For the sake of a smooth check-in process, we require your reservation to be fully prepaid prior to your arrival. If your arrival is very close from your booking time, please do let us know if you need any options on payment.

 

Can you provide twin beds instead of double/king bed?
Sure. Once you have requested and let us know, we will provide you with twin beds. If you require king bed, there is no need to contact us as it is our default bed configuration. If you need twin beds or extra bed which has not been included in your reservation, please request your bed configuration via email.

We are traveling with an infant. Can you provide baby cot/crib?
Of course, we can arrange it on request. Please let us know in advance should you need us to provide a baby cot/crib. This service is free of charge for infant 0-2 years old of age. Please do note that we can only provide maximum 1 (one) cot/crib in a room.

We are a family of four. Do you allow four persons in a room?
In a one-bedroom deluxe or suite and villa, our maximum capacity is 3 persons. If you would like to stay in a room or villa which can accommodate 4 persons or more, please refer to our room capacity below:

Can we have breakfast in room instead of in the restaurant?
Sure, you may have your breakfast in room. Please reconfirm with our Front Desk on arrival.

Do you have vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free menu?
Yes, we can provide these menu on request. You are advised to inform us this requirement prior to your arrival. We can create tailor-made menu based on your requirement during your stay.

Do you provide halal menu?
Yes, we can do halal menu on request. Please do note that we are not in possession of certificate for halal food, but we will do our best to provide this menu based on your requirement.

Do you provide floating breakfast?
Yes, we do provide floating breakfast in our private pool villas and public pool for rooms with no private pools. Please do note that there will be additional cost and it is subject to availability. You must reconfirm the availability of the floating breakfast with our Front Desk upon check-in or in advance to make sure the floating breakfast can be arranged the next morning. Should you wish to book the floating breakfast prior to your arrival, please contact our Experience team through reservation@komaneka.com.

We are planning on our honeymoon. Can you offer us any honeymoon perks?
You can book our exclusive honeymoon offer by selecting our Honeymoon Package when making your reservation on our website. Our Honeymoon Package is inclusive of daily breakfast for two, one-time 60-minute massage for couple, and a romantic dinner for you and your partner.

We would like to purchase items and make surprises for your guests, but we are not staying with you. Could you help arrange this?
We can arrange this. Please drop us an email with details of name of the Komaneka resort where the guest stay, guest’s name, period of stay, and details of items you wish to purchase (item availability is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to arrange it based on your information).

We enjoyed our stay in Komaneka, and we would like to purchase items available for guests, is it possible?
Yes, please drop an email mentioning the item you wish to purchase and if it is available then we can arrange it for you.

Can we book spa? Could you share your spa menu?
You can purchase our spa treatment as an Extra when you book your room via our website. For more details and menu of our spa, please contact us through reservation@komaneka.com.

Is there any activities, like a tour package, yoga, etc.?
We have options on half-day and and full-day car charter with English-sepaking driver available for you to choose with additional cost (per car). You can also directly contact our Front Desk upon arrival to select your destination or ask about available activities at our resort during your stay. For more details, please contact our Experience team through reservation@komaneka.com.

We are not in-house guest. Can we use the swimming pool? Can we have spa or dinner there?
Unfortunately, at this moment, most of our swimming pools are available exclusively for in-house guests only. Our public pool in Komaneka at Keramas Beach is available for outside guest, please find more details here. Our Terrace Cafe Pool in Komaneka at Tanggayuda is also available; find out more about the details here. You can also book a spa treatment or drop by and have meals at our restaurants.
